UK wants to fit everyone into their genes

According to BBC News, Lord Justice Sedley, a senior UK Appeal Court judge, has proposed that everyone in the United Kingdom should have their DNA recorded in the national database — including visitors. Privacy advocates may object but it certainly would simplify many genealogy questions and problems, assuming the database were to be available to all.
